There is a $5 per dozen stamping fee for custom logo baseballs & softballs.

This serves as Authorization for Pro Nine Sports to reproduce the custom trademark logo / artwork ('Custom Art') we have requested. By signing this Authorization and Agreement

I confirm that I have the authority to authorize the reproduction of Custom Art requested or supplied. I agree on behalf of my company, to fully indemnify Pro Nine Sports and its owners and employees from claims arising from Pro Nine Sports reproduction of the requested supplied Custom Art

I / We understand that this custom order cannot be changed or canceled and there are no returns or exchanges allowed
