REturn POLICY

Returns:

In order to return a purchased item at ProNine.com, please follow these steps.

  • Email us at customerservice@pronine.com within 30 days of purchase to request a Return Authorization Number (RA Number)
  • Please include in the email,
    • (1) Order Number
    • (2) Items
    • (3) Quantity of items you want to return
    • (4) The reason for return

If we agree to your return request, we will send you instructions on how to properly return the item(s).

Please be informed that original shipping charges and return shipping charges will not be included in a refund.  Please allow up ProNine Sports up to 10 business days after the return is processed in order for the credit to appear on your statement.

All Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Item(s) must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund.  Some items are not eligible for return to ProNine Sports including, used clothing, closeout items, blems, seconds, or any used item.

Exchanges:

ProNine Sports does not accept exchanges on items. If you wish to have an item in a different size, or color, please return the item, and then place a new order with the item you wish to have.

  1. Please follow these steps listed above to request an RA number. Be sure to include in the email that you will be ordering a replacement order
  2. When the RA number is issued, we will cover the ground shipping fee for your replacement order.  It is at the discretion of ProNine whether or not the replacement item will be shipped at ProNine’s expense.
  3. We will invoice and ship the replacement order ASAP.
  4. We will process your refund when the return items are received.
